- The Chicken Tikka Marsala at Minerva on State Bridge**( This could be on my list indefinitely). A close second, Desi Spice Indian above the Midtown Art Cinema.
- Toots & The Maytals Funky Kingston / In The Dark mp3 album is Only $8.99 at Amazon. Funky Kingston being ranked #378 on RS's 500 is an outrageous insult to how good this album is though.
- Jeff Clark's Stomp and Stammer. Freshman year at GSU, there was nobody cooler than Jeff Clark who headed up Album 88 for a while (later, became a DJ for the now defunct 99x). He once gave me three CD's for no apparent reason other than I was luckily in his office at the time he was going through promo CD's. I was just some snot nose kid asking too many questions and eying the station's HUGE Record collection.
- Countdown with Keith Olbermann celebrates their 5th anniversary on air with MSNBC . Sure everyone likes Tweety but Keith...he's just restores your faith in TV news.
